Describe the bug
Whenever you uninstall a plugin then go to another tab and come back everything under "All Plugins" is gone until you restart the client.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the plugins tab
2. Uninstall any plugin
3. Click on any other tab, like themes or settings or whatever
4. Go back to the plugins tab
5. Scroll to "All Plugins" and feast your eyes on all the plugins that aren't there

Expected behavior
Plugins are supposed to appear below "All Plugins" in the plugin tab.

I'm not sure if this applies to the theme tab as well, and also the specific plugin I tried to remove was this one
