Goal

Add an optional SDK exporter that projects selected Event, Evidence, and Diagnostic facts to an OpenTelemetry Collector.\

Acceptance criteria

  • The projection is explicitly documented as derived and lossy; canonical OCLP records remain authoritative.
  • Configuration supports a standard OTLP collector endpoint.
  • Event, Evidence, and Diagnostic mappings are documented and tested.
  • Sensitive-field handling follows OCLP redaction guidance.
