  1. Make drm ioctls call resistnat to EAGAIN and EINTR errors 

    According to:
https://dri.freedesktop.org/docs/drm/gpu/drm-uapi.html#recommended-ioctl-return-values
"DRM drivers assume that userspace restarts all IOCTLs. Any DRM IOCTL can
return EINTR and in such a case should be restarted with the IOCTL
parameters left unchanged."
