Description

Now that #517 is merged, there are a few things that need addressing:

• Documentation
• Changelog in the README needs amending
• Implementing feedback?
• Clean-up PaperNMS classes (lots of stuff isn't needed anymore now that we're not supporting anything below 1.20.6 on Paper anymore)
• Maybe adding a test plugin for Spigot
• Remove the error message for the nms hook failing to load on Paper
