Can we call tp_call instead of vectorcall when kwargs is not empty? https://github.com/python/cpython/blob/7f41c8e0dd237d1f3f0a1d2ba2f3ee4e4bd400a7/Objects/call.c#L209-L219 For example, dict_init may be faster than dict_vectorcall when `d2 = dict(**d1)`. |
