Thank you, Martin and Serhiy.

As http://bugs.python.org/issue20180#msg247987 , remained module to converted
is transmogrify.h.

But docstrings of methods in transmogrify.h were moved to bytes_methods.c in issue26765.

May I close this issue for now?
