The Unified Broker Program is a purchasing motion where customers procure their Unified Enterprise through an approved Partner acting as the broker. Microsoft's Unified Enterprise sold and delivered by Microsoft and transacted through a Microsoft Partner.
Customers have a clear understanding of pricing structure enhancing transparency and trust among all contracting parties: Customer, Broker Partner, and Microsoft. Model built with Compliance and Risk Management ensuring the integrity of the contracting process.
Support Delivery
Technical Support is delivered by Microsoft support engineers. The Partner is not involved in the delivery of technical support services.

Renewal requirements
Partner has a valid PartnerID for the country where they will be transacting:
Partner must maintain status as an enrolled member in a Microsoft partner program (e.g., Microsoft Partner Network, Microsoft Cloud Partner Program)
Partner must pass Microsoft's partner vetting process
Partner has a LSP authorization
In addition to maintaining the nomination requirements, partner must meet the following requirements for Unified Broker Program participation:
Sign a Partner Broker Program Master Agreement
Agree to comply with key terms of the Partner Broker Work Order
Complete the annual Unified Broker learning course
To provide the best experience to our customers while maintaining a high standard of compliance, approved brokers are reviewed annually. Verification against program participation criteria is evaluated, as outlined the table below to confirm compliance.
