It functions, but far too many issues have stayed unresolved.

I have been using reddit app for years now. I’ve been familiar with all kinds of changes and updates. I’d say that the app has improved in a lot of ways, but the past series of updates just don’t address the latest number of issues they’ve introduced. For starters, the video player is bad. It’s so unresponsive that it sometimes refuses to buffer, even on high speed connections. If I really want to watch a video, I have to copy a link to the post and open it in a browser, and then the video plays just fine. This problem has stayed unaddressed for far too long, I’m confused as to why it wasn’t addressed. Moreover, there are many website features that have yet to be ported to the app, such as blocking/hiding subreddits. The app has also lately got an annoying bug where it mixes up the icons of your followed subreddits, it’s nothing serious, but it’s been an issue for a year now and it has yet to be fixed.
Adding Arabic language!
CrisX_10
It is a great application; however, it is impossible to overlook the absence of the Arabic language. A large number of Arab users face difficulties using the app’s interface, and one of the main reasons is the lack of Arabic support. Do we really have to wait for a long time before this language is added? We have already waited a great deal and have not seen any updates from you regarding this matter. It is extremely disappointing and frustrating to see the issue of adding the Arabic language to the application being ignored.
Thanks for updating the Reddit app! We've updated our iOS app with bug fixes and changes to improve your overall experience.
