I love this game and play on multiple accounts and devices. I recently added my main account to this device that I have spent money on in game and later I requested a deletion of data of another account but it trapped me (on this device) on the loading screen of the deleted account the account I was trying to delete did not have a supercell id and on this device no matter what I try it keeps me trapped. Is also spreading to another device linked to this device where it kicked me off after a game and said this account has been deleted I can still play on yet another device but still sorta inconvenient and upsetting. Please make it easier to delete accounts supercell.

The match making in brawl stats is horrible I had a max tier piper and the match making made sure I lost. As long as I played that brawler I was slowly losing trophies. They also deliberately make you win a match and lose a match multiple times before finally making you lose at least three matches in a row resetting all the progress you’ve done for at least multiple hours. Another horrible thing they do is they purposely calculate how many trophies you get so that you will barely make the next tier by one or two trophies. So you hop on another game and you get absolutely destroyed and lose all your progress. This company is horribly greedy and the match making system needs to be fixed. I have also realized they purposely put you with random people whereas your opponents ninety percent of the time are people cooperating together instead of three separate people who don’t know each other. The brawlers are also another problem in the game, the rather hated brawlers edgar is extremely popular in every game mode and there is almost no down side to the brawlers. The makes the games unfair when your opponents are cooperating, have an unfair advantage and spending money to win. I highly suggest that unless you are willing to pay money for this game then you shouldn’t play. The progression system in brawl stars is extremely biased and non ethical. This is why this game should receive a rather low star rating and should be less popular.
Fun but frustrating

The game is solid and fun to play but has a serious pay to win model. The newest character Larry & Lawrie are so unbalanced that it has ruined the game for me. Unless you have one on your team you’re going to lose. And for only $26 you too can have a character that has the highest damage, mobility and control. The only counter is using the same character so I’ve joined games where I’m the only person in the lobby that isn’t using and it’s frustrating as hell. A character that can infinitely spawn a replacement that does more damage than almost anything in the game, shouldn’t also have one of the strongest attack styles and damage joined with it. Then you add great mobility and a high health pool and you’re left with a pay to win character that everyone is abusing. Good luck trying to play with anything that isn’t legendary against Larry, oh you don’t have any legendaries? Too bad, the odds are close to zero so you’re only chance is to pay for someone that is allowed to play against the million and one Larrys. If you have any problems just know there’s no report button, so all those cheaters, bad teammates are encouraged to do whatever they want. Half the time your teammates are doing nothing but running around to not get idle kicked.

I started to play this game like, one and a half year ago, and I really enjoyed it. But, after I software-updated my ipad, the game started to crash like every 2 round. I cannot even play candidates of the day because there is too much stuff placed and the game just crashes. I use ipad mini 2, and other mini 2 users seems like they are having this situation.Another thing is, even if I write this feedback, you are not going to read it, and it makes me frustrated. I enjoy this game, but I don’t enjoy the game crashing even in the middle of the game because if I win the trophie (for example I was in 3rd in showdown and game crashes and after I rejoin the game,) it doesn’t give me trophies, but If the game crashes at the start of the game and I just get 10th, I lose the trophie. How unfair is that? I mean, I’m not the one who closed the game and went back in. I will still enjoy this game, but I’m starting to get tired of this
