I’ve been using the app for a few weeks after many months of practicing on my own and I can’t believe the progress I am making. With Liam’s masterful guidance and very pleasant voice (and occasional sense of humour too!) I really look forward to my daily morning practice that I rarely miss and that has become a vital part of my day. I feel as though with each meditation and lesson I make a small or big breakthrough. He takes you on a fascinating and precious journey with much wisdom and kindness he so thoughtfully shares. I tried a few other well rated meditation apps but this is in a class of it’s own. Worth every penny and I also highly recommend Liam’s interviews/podcasts that are extremely well made and interesting. Thank you from the heart Liam!

I’m just at the beginning but for what I’m seeing it seems a really well structured progression, if I can give you an advice is to add the subtitle feature, because ,for example, someone like me that is not a native tongue can miss some words.Except for this I recommend this app for a meditation journey.
