Premium version ruined it

After I paid for the premium version the app became super slow. It takes forever to load every page. Really not comfortable to use and it should be the opposite way after i paid for a better version

Consequently, users may find their accounts unjustly suspended without a transparent or justifiable reason. Efforts to seek clarification or rectify the situation through email communication have been met with resistance, as the company’s representatives decline to provide specific reasons for the action taken. Further inquiries are often dismissed with assurances that the matter has been thoroughly reviewed by multiple teams, a claim that, upon closer scrutiny, appears to lack veracity.Such practices not only undermine trust in the application’s management but also pose a significant risk of causing emotional distress to its users. The approach taken by the company can be perceived as not only a disservice to its customer base but also as a potentially exploitative tactic, leveraging the investment of users in both time and resources for undue gain.It is imperative for the company to revisit its policies and procedures concerning account management and customer communication. Adopting a more transparent, fair, and responsive approach would not only enhance user trust and satisfaction but also contribute to the overall integrity and value of the application.

I was unanimously banned from this app after not wanting to renew my subscription, was receiving matches of very interesting nice-looking pictures of women, one of those was a rude and bad word-spoken lady. I didn't report her I don't go on date apps to report people. But she did report me!!!! And I think is very unfair and unreasonable to take severe action towards someone just having one side. Particularly if you did your job well to investigate into the conversation you would find out. But thanks anyway the matches were getting very unrealistic fake and women in your app don't seem to understand they have to talk first.
