Joined Premium account via iTunes, payment has gone through immediately but four days later the account is still showing as Basic account. Issue was immediately notified to support team, whom advise this is normal if you subscribe through iTunes (never have I purchase a digital subscription where it would take several days to be effective, and there is no compensation for the days lost). Sent several emails to follow up with the team, but they are not responsive, I have been waiting for three days and still receive no positive reply. Very disappointing experience!
