Hello! Make sure that gallery access permissions are enabled for the app. You can manage the gallery access through the settings of your device. Misleading Charges

You’ll get an option for free trial and then you’ll be charged for a year’s premium subscription.The claims / dispute will not help either. I see a number of people have reported the same.If the answer is that - “the trial period was used earlier” then the free trial option should not even be available. Please share reviews and Report a fraud as much as possible.

It is completely unfair and legally wrong for them to offer a "Free Trial" button, trap you into an immediate AED 199 charge, and then claim you are at fault. Under UAE Consumer Protection Law, displaying an offer that you are ineligible to receive and using it to trigger an immediate, non-refundable charge is classified as misleading advertising and a deceptive digital practice.
